Each item is made-to-order with care and precision. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping times vary depending on destination:

• Domestic & EU: approx. 3–7 business days
• International: approx. 7–10 business days

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country. The Bichon Co. is not liable for these charges.

Free Shipping & International Orders

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders over 50€ (or the equivalent in your local currency). Please note that while we cover the cost of delivery, any local customs duties or import taxes are determined by your destination country and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Return Policy

As each piece is individually made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there is a production error.

In such cases, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will assist you promptly.
